conviction

Growing up isn't something astronomically hard to comprehend. We've always known what it meant, we just have to learn it under different circumstances.

Why is it usually something simple, that you let manifest into something difficult?

And at that stage, why then does it seem bewildering to learn old concepts?

I think we stop learning early enough, and now we're just relearning, so to speak, and learning how to use it and apply it. There's a difference between knowing faith and exercising it.

That's what I have come to conclude this far in my walk. It isn't about getting more, it's about enduring longer in between intervals.

Growing up isn't just taking responsibilities, talking maturely, and doing what grownups do. It's about being different, and letting that affect your actions, not the other way around.

It's about knowing you're loved when nothing else tells you so. It's about doings things you want to do, because you know what you want.

It's about being strong, through the night. It's about integrity. It's about endurance.

Maybe this is what it means to be me.
