milestone

Eventually, most Christians will reach this passage at one point or another, and mull it over for the many months or years to come.

Tonight, I pray.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

1 Corinthians 13: 4-7 NIV

I added verses 6 and 7 just because I like verse 7. I think verse 6 is a tad out of place in the flow of the context, but that's just the way I'm looking at it right now.

Dennis:

I feel the same way about verse 6 not flowing well as well as liking verse 7. And it's true, every time I read this passage I'm reminded of how often I forget what loving others is about.
